Here are some lifestyle tips meant to make your life way easier & way better:
-Wear a crossbody bag instead of carrying a purse because it’s harder for a thief to try & steal a crossbody bag.
-Wash clothes inside out to preserve color. This is especially important for jeans. Wash them inside out.
-Buff in the buff & clean the bathtub & shower in the buff to avoid your clothes getting damaged from the heavy duty cleaner. Also, you can quickly wash off the cleaner if you get any on you.
-Use a humidifier in the winter. It’s a daily spa for your skin since the winter can be so dry.
-Read paper mail & email only once then either file it, delete it or recycle it. Re-reading items over and over is a waste of time.
-Get a paper shredder for identity protection. Shred any paper or documents that have your name, address or any other personal information on them including junk mail & credit card receipts. Put shreds in a garbage bag & toss in the regular garbage & not in the recycle bin for additional protection.
-For credit cards, don’t charge more than you can pay off each month & pay your credit bill in full each month to avoid interest charges.
-Get the most out of your doctor’s appointment & have your health questions ready & be ready to share anything that is bothering you with your doctor. Bring your prescriptions too.
-For the best, best, best deals, always shop out of season or at the end of the season.
-Let your hair dry naturally instead of using a blow dryer. It’s less damaging to your hair & it saves on electricity too.
-Use tinted lip balm from a drugstore as affordable lipstick. It adds color & shine to your lips as well as moisture & doesn’t cost a fortune.
-If you whiten your teeth, whiten all of your teeth. When you only whiten your top teeth, it looks weird.
-Keep your beauty secrets a secret & do your self-grooming in private. Let everyone (including your significant other if you have one) think that you are naturally well-groomed & beautiful.
-Don’t eat anything after dinner. Save money & watch your waist line with no late night snacking.
-Go to bed at the same time every night & wake-up at the same time every day to keep your body’s clock working properly. Then you will have an energized, productive day every day.
-Protect yourself & keep all of your locks locked. When you are at home, make sure the door is locked. Even if you are just sitting in your car for a minute, make sure your door is locked.
