Weekender: Friday is finally here & having fun is on your mind. Make fun your activity this weekend-fun, fun, and more fun!

Sunday has a new name-Sundayfunday! I hope that you all are having a great weekend and are having lots of fun!

Take a deep breath & exhale. Do this as often as you need to since it's Monday. Infuse yourself with oxygen.

It's so great to blow your own mind. You think "Wow, I can't believe I just did that! I'm so awesome-double take-Yes I am!"

Make peace with your past or it will keep showing up anywhere you go. Make peace to have peace in your life.

Stretch your body. Stretch your mind. Stretch your wallet. By stretching you can do more.

TGIF! Which one are you? Shopaholic, Happy Camper, Daredevil, Sports Fan or Party Goer? Well decide quickly to enjoy. More than one may apply.

Weekender: Take a trip around you this weekend. Find out new things about yourself & rediscover the old. Make it a mission of discovery.

You can feel like a champion by being photographed with one.

How can you miss someone unless they go away? Otherwise there'd be no missing them because they're always here.

Your intelligence is uncapped. You can just get smarter & smarter without ever stopping. You can expand your mind.

Don't worry what people think. It's a complete waste of time. You don't know what people think and you never will. Focus on you.

Life is like a dogsled team. If you aren't the lead dog, the view never changes-so be the lead dog & get the best view!

Weekender: Take the day or afternoon off. Nothing beats a 3 day weekend-the best kind of weekend. If no, then pay it forward because you deserve it!

Think the glass is half full. Be thankful you have a glass & that there is something in it.

Good News-You can change a wrong 1st impression. Bad News-It takes time to fix. It's better to give the right impression upfront.

There are so many ways to tell the story of your life-photos, videos, music, blogs, books, journals-so tell it. Don't hold back.

Practice "no waste" living. Eat an entire apple-even the core. Then there's no waste. It's a good place to start.

Weekender: Go to the zoo. Play with your pet. Do something this weekend to remember Cecil -the lion who will live in our hearts forever.
