The world is getting "newer" by the minute. There are new things all over the place―new concepts, new products, new services and new inventions. But are all of these things really "brand new"? In many cases, they're just a newer version of something that's already available. These newer versions were created because someone came along and put their own spin on it, and, thus, made it new again. You, too, put your own unique spin on everything you see, hear or read by how you interpret it. It's not often, if you think about it, that something really is "brand new". When you realize this, you'll feel free to express your own ideas in your own way and you won't fear that you're taking someone else's ideas. The fear of creating something that isn't in itself truly original stops many people from being creative at all. Don't let it stop you. Remember, when you create something, it's merely your expression of a universal idea or concept.
Something can become new again by being expressed in a different way. This is what makes living life so interesting and so much fun. Just when you think you've seen or heard it all … you really haven't. Someone else will come along and put their own spin on it and make it new again. A song or movie remake is a perfect example of a new spin. Artists remake songs and movies all of the time. This is why you shouldn't be afraid to be creative and to share your version of something with the world. It doesn't matter if you're a teenager or an adult, you can release your creative spirit at any point in time. This is the perspective I took for doing what I'm doing right now. I'm giving you my version of Happiness, based upon knowledge from my life experiences, in order to help you.
Now, here's more from my book, in a section I titled "The World Can't Get Enough of You" where I point out:
"There are more opportunities for you to become famous, more than ever before. Opportunities are knocking all of the time, especially on TV and the internet. You can create or invent something, brand something, design something, write a book, audition for reality TV or go onto a talent competition show. The world is your oyster. Go out and get your pearl. Then take a walk down your own red carpet."
See, you can go to Hollywood― but you're the one who has to make it happen. The way to do that is to allow yourself to be creative. Then show the world your interpretation of it. It's "Your Show" now and your audience is waiting …
